Clinical hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation techniques to induce a trance-like state in which the patient is more open to suggestion1. I started down this path by training as a music therapist at Concordia University in 2010, previously having completed my Bachelors and Masters in Music, and went on to attain licensure as a Counselling Therapist and establish my practice in 2018.
